Refund policy
We want you to feel confident when you shop with Mirellax, so we’ve outlined exactly how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. Please read through the scenarios below to understand your options.
Understanding Your Return and Cancellation Windows
You have two timelines to keep in mind. First, you can request a return within 30 days of your purchase date. Second, you also have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the product has been delivered to you. If you need to cancel an order, you can do so for a full refund as long as the item hasn’t shipped or entered production yet. Once the package is on its way, cancellation is no longer possible. Cancellation refunds typically take 2-7 days to process.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products are final sale and cannot be sent back. This includes custom-order or personalised items, which do not qualify for the 14-day refund right. The following categories are also exempt from returns:
- Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
How to Prepare Your Return
Before you ship anything back, make sure the item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and still in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your receipt or another proof of purchase. Please don’t send the product to the manufacturer—reach out to our customer service team first so we can confirm the correct return address. All returns should be mailed to: qlajojqk9815@outlook.com.
What to Expect After We Receive Your Item
When your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and send you an email to confirm receipt. That same email will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it’s approved, the refund goes back to your original method of payment within 3-15 days. If you don’t see the money after that window, here’s what to do: double-check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, and finally reach out to your bank. When You Might Receive a Partial Refund
In a few situations, only a partial refund is granted. These include:
- A book with obvious signs of use
- An opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
- Any item that isn’t in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons that aren’t our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanging a Defective or Damaged Item
We only replace items that arrived defective or damaged. If that’s the case, send an email to qlajojqk9815@outlook.com and mail the item to that same address. We’ll get the replacement sorted out for you.
Special Situations: Gifts and Sale Items
If your purchase was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return’s value once we’ve received the item. A gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund goes back to the original purchaser.
Keep in mind that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs and Recommendations
When a return is due to your own reasons, you’ll need to cover the shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the carrier you choose. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. If the return is our responsibility—for example, you received a damaged or incorrect item—you won’t have to pay for return shipping.
For any item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned package, so this extra step helps protect you.
