This handling phase typically takes between 5 and 7 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. After this, the package is handed over to the carrier, and the transit period begins. For domestic destinations, you can generally expect the carrier to deliver within 5 to 10 days. For international destinations outside of the specific regions listed below, the standard transit window is 7 to 15 days.
Understanding Your Shipping Fee
The final cost to ship your package is not a flat rate; it adjusts based on where the order is headed and how many items you’ve selected. To see the precise charges for your specific order, simply add the products to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once you enter your mailing address, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed in your order total before you finalize the payment.
When to Expect Your Package
We are able to send orders to destinations around the world. While the general timelines above apply to most locations, a specific group of countries and territories operates on a different schedule. For these regions, the preparation and transit times are as follows:

For these same locations, the shipping options and their associated costs are structured around your order value. You can choose from Standard Shipping or Free Shipping. Orders with a total value over $49.99 qualify for free delivery. For orders with a total between $0 and $49.98, a shipping fee of $5.96 will be applied.

Directing Your Delivery
When you place an order, the entire shipment is sent to a single address. If you need items to arrive at different locations, placing a separate order for each destination is the required approach. Regarding the type of address, we are able to accommodate deliveries to PO Boxes as well as Military APO/FPO addresses.
International Duties and Taxes
For packages traveling internationally from the US, the shipment is sent under a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that we do not collect VAT or other import taxes at the time of purchase. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees that are applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the person receiving the package. Since local charges can vary, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office to understand the potential fees before your order arrives.
Your Cancellation Window
An order can be canceled if the request is made before the item has been dispatched for delivery, provided it also falls within the cancellation timeframe specified on our website.
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and can be influenced by factors outside our control, such as weather or holiday backlogs. For international orders, any customs fees are your responsibility, so we suggest checking with your local office if you have questions.
